Program Leadership

As Director of Invest in America®, Aaron Brickman is responsible for the management and coordination of investment promotion and other related activities of the U.S. Department of Commerce. To assist foreign direct investment in the United States, Aaron works with U.S. state and local economic development entities and undertakes outreach to the international investment community. He works closely with senior officials of the Department, and coordinates the program through a network of Department of Commerce staff located both throughout the United States and the world. Mr. Brickman holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from American University in Washington, DC.
